An internal tool needs a database, a back end, an interface, integrations with existing systems and, sometimes, AI. When each part comes from a different supplier, the gaps between them are where projects slip. What kind of technology company is Gjethe?
Gjethe is a technology, marketing and outsourcing company in Prishtina, Kosovo. Its technology division builds websites, e-commerce stores, custom software, web and mobile applications and AI systems, and provides cloud, integration and authorised security-testing services for businesses in Europe and North America.
Do you build custom software without AI?
Yes. Most custom software we build is traditional: databases, workflows, user roles, integrations and reports. AI is added only where it clearly helps, for example to read documents or search internal knowledge.
Which technologies do you use?
Our team works with Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, React Native, Flutter, AWS, Supabase and Vercel, among others. Each project uses the stack that suits its requirements, budget and the team that will maintain it.
Who owns the code?
Ownership and intellectual property are set out in your agreement. As standard, the code, designs and accounts we create for you are transferred to you once the project is paid for, subject to the licences of any third-party components.
Can we start small and add features later?
Yes. Many clients start with the essential features, launch, and extend the product in later phases. We plan the architecture so later additions don't require a rewrite.
Is your security testing safe for our live systems?
Security testing only happens with written authorisation and an agreed scope, timing and contacts. We report findings with severity and remediation advice. No test can prove a system is completely secure, and we never claim that it does.
How does pricing work?
Every project is quoted on its own scope after a free consultation. Payment can be split into a deposit and milestones, and ongoing work can run as a monthly retainer. We don't publish price lists.
