Need something that isn't on the list?
Describe it. We'll tell you honestly whether our team can do it, how we'd approach it, and what it would cost for your project.
What people ask us for
Custom requests usually fall into one of these four shapes.
Combinations
Work that crosses categories, such as a tool plus the content and design around it.
Fixes and rescues
A half-finished project from another provider, or something that broke and needs untangling.
Something new
An idea without a standard name yet. Describe the outcome you want and we'll work back from it.
Recurring help
Ongoing tasks that don't match a package, done on a schedule that suits you.
How we handle a custom request
An honest yes or no first, then a written scope and a quote.

Describe what you need
Explain the outcome, what exists today and any constraints. Links and screenshots help.
- 2
We check fit honestly
We tell you whether our team has the skills for it. If we don't, we say so and, where we can, point you elsewhere.
- 3
Questions and a written scope
If it's a fit, we ask what we need to know and write down what we'd deliver.

A quote for your project
You receive a price for that scope. Nothing starts until you agree.
Send your request
The more context you give, the more useful our first reply will be. Rough notes are fine.

About custom requests
What counts as a custom request?
Anything that isn't clearly one of our listed services, combines several of them, or that you're unsure how to describe. If in doubt, send it.
Will you take on anything?
No. We only accept work our team can do well. If a request is outside our skills, we'll tell you rather than learn on your budget.
How are custom requests priced?
Like every project: on the scope we agree in writing. You receive a quote before any work starts.
How soon will I hear back?
We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days, usually with a few questions.
Can I send a request in Albanian or German?
Yes. We work in English, Albanian and German.
