How we price

Every project is priced on its own scope. We don't publish price lists or ranges. You tell us what you need, we ask the questions that change the work, and you get a written quote before anything starts. Pricing is based on your project and agreed in your quote.

What affects your quote

Six things decide the size of almost every project we quote, whether it's a website, an app, a video series or a monthly marketing retainer.

ScopeComplexityIntegrationsContentUrgencySupport
Each factor moves the quote up or down. None of them is fixed in advance.
  • Scope

How many pages, screens, features, videos or deliverables the project includes. More distinct pieces of work mean more design, build and review time.

  • Complexity

Logic, user roles, custom interactions and edge cases. A form that emails you is simpler than a booking flow with payments and cancellations.

  • Integrations

Connections to payment providers, CRMs, ERPs, booking tools, APIs or AI models. Each one needs set-up, testing and error handling.

  • Content volume

Who writes, translates, edits or migrates the content, and how much of it there is. Content is often the largest hidden part of a project.

  • Urgency

A fixed launch date can mean more people working in parallel. We will tell you honestly if a date is unrealistic rather than cut corners.

  • Ongoing support

Whether you need maintenance, monthly marketing, editing retainers or on-call fixes after launch, or only a short support period after launch.

How we scope a project

A quote is only as accurate as the scope behind it, so we write the scope down first and price that.

From first message to a written quote

Four steps, each with something you can read and check.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Send a short description, a brief, or links to examples. Rough is fine.

  2. 2

    Free consultation

A call or written exchange where we ask questions about goals, scope, integrations and content.

  3. 3

    Written scope and quote

You receive what is included, what is not, the deliverables, the payment milestones and the price for that scope.

  4. 4

    Agree and start

Once you accept, the quoted price is the price you pay. Changes in scope are quoted separately before any extra work starts.

Included in every project

  • Free initial consultation
  • Custom quote based on your exact needs
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges
  • Revision rounds set out in your quote
  • Post-launch support agreed for your project
  • Full ownership of the source code
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Basic SEO optimization

Payment and invoicing

  • Larger projects are paid in milestones, typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
  • Invoices in EUR, GBP, CHF, USD or CAD, in the currency you choose.
  • Third-party costs such as hosting, licences or ad spend are listed separately in the quote.
  • The quoted price is the price you pay. Changes in scope are quoted before any extra work.

Questions about pricing

Why don't you publish prices?

Two projects with the same name can differ a lot in scope. A five-page website with copy you already have and one with a booking system, two languages and new copy are different jobs. A published price would be wrong for most visitors, so we quote each project on what it actually includes.

How do I get a quote?

Send the form on this page or book a free consultation. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days. We ask the questions that affect the scope and send a written quote that lists what's included, the deliverables and the payment milestones.

Is the quote fixed?

Yes, for the scope it describes. The quoted price is the price you pay. If you later want something outside that scope, we quote the change separately before doing the work.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid plugins, stock media or ad spend are listed in the quote and paid directly by you or passed on at cost, so you always see them up front.

Which currencies can you invoice in?

EUR, GBP, CHF, USD or CAD. You choose the currency when we agree the quote.

Do you offer payment in stages?

Yes. Larger projects are usually split into milestones, for example 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

Should I share my budget?

It helps. A budget lets us suggest the scope that fits it, or phase the project, instead of quoting something you would have to cut back later. It is optional.

Why can a Europe-based team be affordable?

We are based in Prishtina, Kosovo. Lower local costs let us offer competitive rates for European-quality work, quoted per project.

Tell us what you need. We'll quote it properly.
