How we work

Simple, clear and transparent

Every Gjethe project follows the same steps: a free consultation, design approval in Figma, development with updates every 2–3 days, revisions, launch, and support as agreed. Scope, milestones and the launch date are agreed for each project before work starts.

Why it's different

Many agencies make web development complicated, endless meetings, jargon and plans nobody can follow. We do the opposite: a clear scope, regular updates and decisions you understand, without cutting corners.

Step by step

The six steps of every project

Small sites and large platforms follow the same steps; the scope of each step is agreed in your quote.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

You tell us what you need; we ask the right questions. You get an honest assessment, a project plan and a fixed-price quote. The call takes 20–30 minutes on Zoom, by phone, or in person in Prishtina.

  2. 02

    Design & approval

We design your project in Figma. You review it, give feedback and approve it before we write a single line of code, so there are no surprises later.

  3. 03

    Development

We build on modern technology and send updates every 2–3 days, so you always know where things stand.

  4. 04

    Review & revisions

You test the finished product and we adjust anything that needs it. Revision rounds are agreed in your quote, with two per stage as standard.

  5. 05

    Launch

We deploy, set up analytics, submit to search engines and hand over full ownership of the code, designs and accounts.

  6. 06

    Support

Bug fixes, small adjustments and questions after launch are covered as agreed in your quote, and maintenance or a monthly retainer can continue from there.

What makes our process different?

  • No unnecessary meetings: we work asynchronously where we can
  • No project managers filtering your messages. You talk to the people building
  • No vague plans: scope, milestones and launch date agreed for each project
  • No scope-creep surprises, everything is defined up front
  • No template shortcuts: every project is designed and built for you

Process questions

How long does a project take?

Every project stands on its own, so we don't publish standard durations. The schedule depends on scope, content and how quickly decisions are made, and we agree the milestones and launch date with you as part of the fixed quote.

How involved do I need to be?

Most at the start and the end: the consultation, design approval and final review. During development we send updates every 2–3 days and ask only when a decision is genuinely yours.

Can you rush a project?

Sometimes. If you have a hard deadline, tell us during the consultation and we'll say honestly whether it's achievable.

Do I own the code and files?

Yes, 100%. Once the project is paid for, the code, design files and all assets are yours.

What happens after launch?

Support after launch is agreed for each project: a support period for bug fixes, small adjustments and questions, then an optional maintenance plan or monthly retainer.
