Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. For clients in Berlin, Zurich, Amsterdam, Madrid or Rome that is the same working day. London and Dublin are one hour behind. On the US East Coast, your morning overlaps with our afternoon; West Coast calls are arranged at the edges of the day.

Is Kosovo in the European Union?
No. Kosovo is in Europe but is not an EU member state, so we describe ourselves as Europe-based. Contract terms and invoicing are agreed with you in each quote.
