Overview
Toronto is Canada's largest business centre, with finance, technology, professional services and a diverse population that speaks many languages. Ontario also has specific accessibility rules for organisations' websites. We build with those rules in mind and work across the six-hour time difference with overlapping mornings and clear asynchronous communication.
When can we talk?
Toronto is six hours behind Prishtina for most of the year, so your mornings overlap with our afternoons.
| Detail | Prishtina (Gjethe) | Toronto |
|---|---|---|

| Time difference | - | 6 hours behind (5 for a few weeks around DST changes) |
| Shared working hours | 15:00–18:00 | 09:00–12:00 your time |
What do we build for Toronto companies?

Accessibility under the AODA
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requires public sector organisations and private and non-profit organisations with 50 or more employees in Ontario to make their public websites conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, with some exceptions.
We design and test to WCAG 2.2 AA, which builds on 2.0, so sites meet that baseline and serve customers with disabilities better. Smaller organisations aren't required to comply but benefit from the same practices.
Privacy and email rules in Canada
Federal privacy law (PIPEDA) governs how many private-sector organisations handle personal information, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) sets strict consent rules for commercial emails and messages, with identification and unsubscribe requirements.
We set up forms, consent records and email marketing to support these requirements, and draft privacy pages for your adviser to confirm.

Clinics and personal health information
Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act governs how health information custodians handle personal health information. Clinic websites should keep detailed health information out of ordinary web forms and use secure booking and intake systems designed for it.
We build clinic websites that link to those systems, collect minimal data on the website itself and design for accessibility.
Serving a multilingual city
Toronto is one of the world's most linguistically diverse cities. Businesses serving specific communities often benefit from content in Punjabi, Mandarin, Tagalog, Portuguese, Spanish and many other languages, in addition to English and French.
We work with fluent translators for the languages your customers speak and set up language versions so each audience finds the right content.
Fintech and financial services
Toronto is Canada's financial centre, with banks, insurers, wealth managers and fintechs. Their products need strong security, clear interfaces for financial information and documentation for regulators and partners.
We build customer portals, dashboards and internal tools with role-based access, audit logs and hosting in Canadian regions.
