Definition

What is dedicated remote teams?

A dedicated remote team is a group of people who work on one client's tasks every day, inside that client's tools and processes, while their employer (here, Gjethe) handles employment, equipment, supervision and replacement.

Hiring locally is slow and expensive, and freelancers come and go. Many growing companies need a few reliable people for support, operations, design, marketing or development without opening an office abroad or becoming an employer in another country. In Gjethe's staffing model, the people work as part of your team day to day, while Gjethe stays the employer: we handle contracts, payroll, equipment, workspace, training, supervision and cover for holidays or absences. You decide what the work is and how it should be done; we make sure it gets done well and consistently.

Who is it for?

  • Scaling startups

Founders who need operations, support or marketing capacity now, without building an HR function first.

  • E-commerce brands

Stores that need people for listings, orders, customer messages and seasonal peaks.

  • Agencies

Studios that want extra designers, editors or developers working under their own brand.

  • Established SMEs

Companies moving back-office or support work to a supervised remote team in a compatible time zone.

Four ways to work with remote staff

The right model depends on how much work there is and how much management you want to do yourself.

ModelWhat it looks likeSuits
Dedicated employeeOne person works only on your business, full-time or for fixed daily hoursOngoing roles with steady volume, such as support or operations
Part-time or hourly specialistA specialist gives you an agreed number of hours each week or monthDesign, editing, bookkeeping support or marketing tasks that don't fill a full day
Shared specialist teamA small team covers several skills for you, each person part of the timeCompanies that need design, content and ads help together
Managed departmentGjethe runs a whole function (for example customer support) to agreed standardsTeams that want outcomes and reporting, not day-to-day supervision

Who employs the team, and why it matters

In this arrangement the people stay employed by Gjethe in Kosovo. Gjethe signs their employment contracts, pays salaries, provides equipment and a workspace, and is responsible for supervision and conduct. Your company signs one services agreement with Gjethe and doesn't need a legal entity, payroll or HR process in Kosovo.

This differs from an employer-of-record service, where you direct staff entirely yourself, and from a freelance marketplace, where each person works independently. Here, a Gjethe team lead stays accountable for quality, continuity and replacements.

Recruitment, onboarding and training

Where the role matches skills already in our team (web development, AI, design, SEO, advertising, video editing, cybersecurity or project management), we can assign people we already employ. For other roles, such as customer support agents, virtual assistants or e-commerce operators, we recruit and screen candidates against the profile we agree with you, and you can interview the shortlist.

Every new person is trained on your tools, policies and tone before working independently. We write the process documentation as we go, so knowledge stays with your business even if people change.

Roles we staff most often

  • Customer support agents (email, chat, helpdesk)
  • Virtual and executive assistants
  • E-commerce and marketplace operators
  • CRM and data administrators
  • Sales development and outreach researchers
  • Graphic designers and video editors
  • Web developers and QA testers
  • Social media and content coordinators

Security and confidentiality

Remote staff work through accounts you control, with only the access their role needs. We sign NDAs on request, keep credentials in password managers rather than documents or chat, and remove access as soon as someone leaves the engagement. Client data stays in your systems wherever possible.

How dedicated remote teams works, step by step

Every step has a clear output you can review. Timing is agreed in your quote.

  1. 1

We discuss the work, the volume, the hours you need covered and how you measure good results.

  2. 2

    Role profile and proposal

We write the role profile, recommend a model (dedicated, part-time, shared or managed) and send a quote.

  3. 3

    Staffing

We assign suitable Gjethe specialists or recruit and screen candidates; you can interview the shortlist.

  4. 4

  6. 6

    Review and scale

Tools, and what shapes your quote

Pricing is based on your project and agreed in your quote. These are the things that move it.

Dedicated Remote Teams pricing factors
FactorWhy it matters
ModelA dedicated full-time person, part-time hours, a shared team or a managed department are each priced differently.
Role and seniorityA senior developer or designer costs more per hour than an entry-level support agent.
Hours and coverageExtended hours, weekend cover or overlap with North American afternoons affect staffing.
LanguagesRoles that need German or several languages narrow the candidate pool.
Recruitment needsAssigning existing specialists is quicker than recruiting new people for a specialised role.

Common mistakes to avoid

What we see go wrong most often, and how a good project avoids it.

  • No written process

Remote staff can only meet a standard that someone has described. Undocumented work leads to inconsistent results.

  • Too much access

Giving every new person admin rights to every tool creates unnecessary risk.

  • Hiring for a vague role

"Help with marketing" attracts the wrong candidates. A clear task list attracts the right ones.

  • No single point of contact

Arrangements work best when one person on your side and one on ours own the relationship.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the legal employer of the remote staff?

Gjethe. The people stay on Gjethe's payroll in Kosovo, with Gjethe handling contracts, salaries, equipment and supervision. Your company signs a services agreement with Gjethe and doesn't employ them directly.

How is outsourced staffing priced?

Most arrangements are hourly or part-time, depending on the role, seniority, hours and languages. We don't publish rates; your quote sets out the arrangement after a free consultation.

Can we interview the people before they start?

Yes. For recruited roles you can interview the shortlisted candidates. For roles filled by existing Gjethe specialists, we can arrange an introductory call.

What happens if someone isn't the right fit?

Tell your Gjethe contact. We address performance issues first and replace the person if needed, then onboard the replacement using the process documentation.

Can the team grow with our business?

Yes. You can add hours, add people or move from a single dedicated person to a managed department as volume grows. You can also reduce hours within the notice period agreed in your contract.

Which hours do remote staff work?

Gjethe works on Central European Time, which overlaps fully with European business hours and with mornings in North America. Other hours can be agreed for specific roles.

Will the staff work under our brand?

Yes, if you want. Remote staff can use your email addresses and tools and represent your company to your customers, while remaining Gjethe employees.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDAs on request, and access to your systems is limited to what each role needs.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer works independently and may disappear or juggle many clients. With Gjethe, a team lead supervises the work, quality is checked, and cover and replacements are arranged by us.
