AI video production, edited by people
Gjethe uses AI video tools (generated visuals, AI avatars, synthetic voices, automatic translation and dubbing) together with human scripting, editing and quality control. We check that you have the rights and consent needed, label AI-generated content where platforms or laws require, and avoid presenting synthetic people or events as real.

Definition
What is AI video production?
AI video production is creating or enhancing video with generative AI tools (for example generating footage from text, creating digital presenters, cloning or synthesising voices, and translating speech) usually combined with conventional editing.
AI tools can now generate convincing visuals, voices and presenters, and translate a video into other languages with matching lip movement. They can cut costs and make some projects possible that wouldn't be otherwise. They also bring real risks: inconsistent quality, unclear rights, misleading content and legal obligations around disclosure. We use AI where it genuinely helps and keep people responsible for the result.
Who is it for?
Training and e-learning
Presenter-led training in many languages without filming each version.
Companies going international
Existing videos dubbed and translated into new languages.
Marketing teams
Concept visuals, ad variations and B-roll produced faster.
Creators
AI-assisted visuals and voice for content you couldn't film.

Where AI helps in video, and where it doesn't
| Task | AI is useful for | Still best done by people |
|---|---|---|
| Visuals | Concept art, abstract B-roll, backgrounds | Real products, real places, people you want viewers to trust |
| Presenters | Training and internal updates at scale | Brand storytelling and testimonials |
| Voice | Drafts, many-language versions, quick updates | Emotional, character-driven performances |
| Translation | Fast first drafts and dubbing | Final review of meaning, tone and terminology |
| Editing | Transcription, rough selects, clean-up | Story, pacing and final creative decisions |
Consent, rights and disclosure
We only clone a voice or create an avatar of a real person with their documented consent, covering how and where it will be used. We don't create synthetic content of public figures or anyone who hasn't agreed.
Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Meta require or encourage labels on realistic AI-generated or altered content, and the EU AI Act introduces transparency obligations for certain AI-generated content, including deepfakes. We follow platform rules, recommend clear labelling and keep records of the tools and licences used. Requirements are evolving; for regulated or high-stakes uses, confirm details with your legal adviser.
Quality control matters more with AI
AI video tools still make mistakes: distorted hands, flickering details, text that turns into nonsense, objects that change between shots, voices that mispronounce names or put stress in the wrong place. Translations can be fluent and still wrong.
Every AI-assisted video goes through human review frame by frame and line by line. Where AI output isn't good enough, we fix it with conventional editing or replace it with stock or real footage.
What we won't make
- Synthetic videos of real people without their consent
- Fake testimonials or reviews
- Content that impersonates public figures or brands
- Realistic fake news or events presented as real
- AI footage presented as your real premises, team or work
Translating video with AI dubbing
AI dubbing translates speech, generates a voice in the target language (often similar to the original speaker's, with their consent) and can adjust lip movement to match. It can make a single recording available in many languages.
We combine it with human translation review, so terminology and tone are right, and check lip-sync and timing. For important brand or legal content, we may recommend a professional voice actor instead.

Tools, and what shapes your quote
Pricing is based on your project and agreed in your quote. These are the things that move it.
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Tool subscriptions | Commercial AI tools charge their own fees. |
| Length and complexity | Longer or more detailed videos need more generation and clean-up. |
| Number of languages | Each language version needs generation and review. |
| Quality bar | Higher standards need more takes and human fixing. |
| Mix with real footage | Compositing AI with filmed footage adds editing. |
| Area | Tools |
|---|---|
| Visuals | Runway, Google Veo, Adobe Firefly |
| Avatars | Synthesia, HeyGen |
| Voice | ElevenLabs |
| Editing | Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve |
Common mistakes to avoid
What we see go wrong most often, and how a good project avoids it.
Skipping consent
Cloning a voice or likeness without permission creates legal and ethical risk.
Publishing without review
AI artefacts and errors damage credibility.
Not labelling
Platforms and laws increasingly require disclosure of realistic synthetic content.
Using AI for trust content
Testimonials and team videos should be real.
Ignoring tool terms
Some tools restrict commercial use or claim rights. Check licences.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI video cheaper than filming?
Sometimes: especially for training content, translations and concept visuals. For brand storytelling or real products, filming is often still better. We'll recommend honestly.
Can you clone our CEO's voice?
Yes, with their documented consent covering how the voice will be used. We keep consent records and use reputable tools.
Do we own AI-generated content?
Ownership and copyright of AI-generated material vary by tool terms and jurisdiction. We use tools that permit commercial use and document them; ask your legal adviser for high-value uses.
Do we need to label AI videos?
Platforms such as YouTube require disclosure of realistic altered or synthetic content, and EU rules add transparency requirements for some AI content. We advise on labelling for each use.
Can AI translate our existing videos?
Yes. AI dubbing can translate and re-voice videos, with human review of translations and timing.
Will AI avatars look real?
Modern avatars are convincing for presenter-style videos, but viewers can often tell. They suit training and updates more than emotional storytelling.
Can you generate footage of our product?
AI struggles to reproduce exact real products consistently. For accurate product visuals, 3D animation or real footage is more reliable.
How do revisions work?
Two rounds of revisions are included, like our other video work.
Do you use AI in your regular editing?
Yes, for transcription, noise reduction and rough selects. Creative decisions stay with people.
Can AI make our videos in Albanian?
AI voices and dubbing support Albanian with varying quality. We review output with native speakers and recommend human voices where quality matters.
What won't you make with AI?
Synthetic content of people without consent, fake testimonials, impersonations, or realistic fake events presented as real.
Can you make an AI presenter that looks like a team member?
Yes, with that person's documented consent for the agreed uses. We recommend telling viewers when a presenter is AI-generated.
What happens if an AI tool changes its terms?
We keep records of the tools and licence terms at the time of production, and review them for ongoing projects. If terms change materially, we'll discuss alternatives with you.
