What is podcast production?
Podcast production is the process of planning, recording, editing, packaging and publishing episodes of an audio or video show, including the branding, distribution and promotion that help it find listeners.
Podcasts build trust in a way few formats can: listeners spend extended time with your voice and ideas, often regularly, often by choice. That makes a podcast powerful for experts, brands and communities. It also makes it demanding. Each episode needs preparation, recording, editing, publishing and promotion, consistently. We take on the production so the show keeps coming out and sounds professional every time.

What good podcast audio sounds like
Listeners forgive a lot, but not uneven or unclear audio. Good podcast sound has consistent voice levels between speakers, little background noise or echo, no harsh peaks and a loudness similar to other shows, so people don't need to adjust volume.
We clean each voice track, balance levels, apply gentle compression and EQ, and master episodes to common podcast loudness targets, around -16 LUFS for stereo is widely used, and Apple recommends a similar level. The biggest improvement, though, comes from recording well: a decent microphone close to the mouth in a quiet, soft room.
Recording checklist
- A dynamic or quality USB microphone per person
- Headphones to prevent echo
- A quiet room with soft furnishings
- Each person recorded on a separate track
- Remote guests recorded locally
- A short test recording before each session
Growing an audience
Most podcasts grow through people, not algorithms: guests sharing their episodes, listeners recommending the show, appearances on other podcasts and existing audiences on email and social. We prepare assets that make sharing easy, clips, quotes, audiograms and ready-to-post captions for guests.
Discoverability helps too. Clear episode titles that say what each episode is about, detailed show notes and transcripts help listeners find episodes through search on podcast apps, YouTube and Google.
Choosing a format
Interview shows bring in fresh voices and guests' audiences, but depend on good guests and preparation. Solo shows build a close relationship with the host and are easier to schedule, but demand strong material. Co-hosted conversations feel natural and lively when hosts have chemistry. Narrative shows, built from interviews, narration and sound, are the most engaging and the most work.
We help you choose based on your goals, your comfort on the microphone and how much time you can give each episode. Many shows mix formats, for example interviews with occasional solo episodes.

Common mistakes to avoid
What we see go wrong most often, and how a good project avoids it.
Launching with one episode
New listeners like to binge. Launch with several episodes.
Inconsistent schedule
Irregular publishing loses listeners. Choose a pace you can sustain.
Long intros
Get to the value quickly.
Vague episode titles
“Episode 12” tells nobody what they'll learn.
Poor microphones and rooms
No editing fully fixes echoey or distant audio.

Do you book guests?
We can coordinate guests: outreach, scheduling, briefing and recording links. You decide who to invite.

Yes. See podcast video editing for multi-camera video episodes and clips.
Do you write show notes?

Yes. We source licensed music or produce an original jingle, and record a voiceover intro if you want one.
How do revisions work per episode?
Two rounds of revisions per episode are included.

Yes. We edit and write show notes in Albanian, English and German.
Can we have a private podcast for employees?
Yes. Some hosting platforms offer private feeds for internal communication and training.
What analytics will we see?
Downloads by episode, listening platforms and countries, and where available, completion rates and YouTube watch time.
How should we promote the podcast?
Clips on social, email to your list, guest sharing, appearances on other podcasts and SEO-friendly episode pages. We prepare assets for each.
Can you repurpose episodes into blog posts?
Yes. Transcripts can be edited into articles, newsletters and social posts, extending the reach of each episode.
How long should each episode be?
Long enough to cover the topic well and no longer. Some audiences prefer short, focused episodes; others enjoy long conversations. We look at your listeners' completion data and adjust.
